Who we are

Ordering
Orders are placed through WhatsApp or Instagram DM, either by using the basket on this site (it writes your order out for you) or by messaging us directly. An order is confirmed when we reply and agree the delivery details with you. Our soaps are prepared on request to keep them fresh, so please allow 24 to 48 hours of preparation before delivery.
Prices and payment
All prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude delivery fees and any applicable taxes. Prices may be updated from time to time without notice; the price we confirm in our reply to your order is the one that applies. You can pay in cash when your order arrives, or by bank transfer before delivery; we share the transfer details on WhatsApp when we confirm your order.
Delivery
We deliver across the UAE. Fees and timing depend on your emirate and are confirmed when we reply to your order. The full details live on the delivery and returns page.
Your soap, honestly
OLIVO soap is a cosmetic product for washing skin, not a medicine, and we make no medical claims. Handmade soap varies slightly from batch to batch, in colour and pattern, because it is poured by hand; that is part of its character. Natural does not mean allergy-free: try a new bar on a small patch of skin first and wait a day, and stop using it if your skin is unhappy.
Caring for it
Keep your soap on a dry, draining surface between uses, away from heat and direct sun. Stored like this it lasts much longer; left in a puddle or a hot car, it will not.
Returns
For hygiene, opened soap cannot be returned. If an order arrives damaged or wrong, message us within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right. Details on the delivery and returns page.

Product descriptions on this site are written in good faith. By placing an order you agree to these terms and to the site's policies. Our liability is limited to the value of the product you purchased. We may update this page as the business grows; the version published here applies. If anything is unclear, just ask us, we answer as people, not as a call centre.
