Delivery and returns

Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Orders are confirmed on WhatsApp, and payment is cash on delivery, you pay the courier when your soap arrives.

  • Delivery fee: AED 30 inside Abu Dhabi, AED 50 across the rest of the UAE.
  • Timing: depends on your area and the courier's schedule; we confirm it when we reply to your order.
  • Pickup: available in Abu Dhabi, arranged on WhatsApp.
  • All soaps are handmade and prepared in small batches on request; please allow 24 to 48 hours of preparation before dispatch.
  • Delivery times vary with your location and the courier's schedule.
  • Delivery fees are calculated separately where applicable and confirmed before you commit.

Returns and problems

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

  • If your order arrives damaged or wrong, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right, replacement or refund of that item.
  • Custom and special-order pieces are made for you, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
