Delivery

We deliver across the United Arab Emirates. After you place your order, send us your delivery address on WhatsApp at 052 800 2290; every order is confirmed there before the courier is booked.

• Delivery address: shared on WhatsApp after checkout; the website does not collect it.
• Delivery fee: handled by the courier company and paid to them directly after your order is confirmed; it is not charged on the website.
• Timing: depends on your area and the courier's schedule; we confirm it when we reply to your order.
• Pickup: available in Abu Dhabi, arranged on WhatsApp.
• All soaps are handmade and prepared in small batches on request; please allow 24 to 48 hours of preparation before dispatch.
• Delivery times vary with your location and the courier's schedule.

Returns and problems

Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

• If your order arrives damaged or wrong, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with a photo and we will make it right, replacement or refund of that item.
• Custom and special-order pieces are made for you, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
